SBA-Guaranteed Loans:  Offered to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, several programs are specifically designed for the fastest-growing sectors of the small business community.  Applicable to ALL small business owners, these loans are also designed to increase lending to geographic areas generally comprised of Low to Moderate Income areas and to women, minorities, and/or veterans.  Potential qualified small business owners can apply for loans from $5,000 to $50,000 with a 7- or 10-year repayment term, no pre-payment penalties, minimal paperwork, bank-paid technical assistance for the borrower, and a fast decision.
